Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the FeastAndFloraFarm.com website (the "Service") operated by Feast & Flora ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and

compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and

others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you

disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. The

Terms and Conditions agreement for Feast & Flora has been created with the

help of Terms and Conditions Generator (https://www.termsfeed.com/terms-conditions-generator).

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are

not owned or controlled by Feast & Flora. Feast & Flora has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Feast & Flora shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms

at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days

notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material

change will be determined at our sole discretion.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We sell wholesale only to the trade. You must have a South Carolina retail license in order to purchase wholesale flowers and hard goods from us. Contact us to receive our wholesale application.

ORDERING

All wholesale orders can be placed via our wholesale order form. If you find yourself with a "flower emergency" on your hands, please reach out to Heather or Laura via email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer delivery to the Charleston area. Orders may also be picked up from our studio at 1305 Ashley River Road.

DELIVERY

We are happy to continue to offer wholesale order delivery directly to you in the Charleston area for a $10 fee.

Orders for delivery should be placed by noon the previous day via our wholesale order form.

We do not currently ship our flowers.

All orders are subject to availability.

PICK UP

You are welcome to pick up your wholesale order at our studio at 1305 Ashley River Road at no additional charge to you. Our pick up hours are Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm. Please confirm a specific pick up time with either Heather or Laura before arriving to pick up your order.

Orders for pick up should be placed by noon on the day prior to your desired pick up time (ie. noon on Tuesday for a 9am Wednesday pick up) via our wholesale order form.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will confirm receipt of your order via email by the end of the day on which the order is placed, and you will receive order confirmation via a tentative invoice from our invoicing software. A finalized invoice will be sent when your order is pulled and ready for delivery or pick up.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted only via our web-based invoicing system.

You must have a credit card on file before we can process your order. You will receive a finalized invoice prior to delivery or pick up, and your card will be automatically charged directly following delivery or pick up.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Once a final invoice is sent, your order cannot be cancelled or reduced. If you need to add to an order after that time, we will do our best to accommodate that request. If an emergency prevents you from being able to use an order, we will try to sell it elsewhere but cannot guarantee that we can transfer the product to someone else.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

We follow best practices for post-harvest handling (aka processing). Your flowers are stored in our cooler after harvest and delivered to you in a hydrating solution. If you ever have a problem with a bloom, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery or pick up) and take pictures of the flowers in question.

BUCKETS

To keep track of our inventory of floral buckets, all of our F&F buckets are labeled with a sticker and there will be a $5/bucket deposit charge added to each invoice. If you have buckets waiting for us when we deliver, we will remove the deposit from your final invoice before your card on file is charged.

If you keep F&F buckets at delivery, the deposit charge will remain. We will give you a $5/bucket credit toward your next order when our buckets are returned.

VISITORS AND TOURS

Unfortunately, we can no longer allow visitors at the farm.
